The Evelyn Ashley Smith award is an annual award of £500 made to a nurse, endocrine nurse or midwife to help them improve care for patients with thyroid disorders. It can be used to support training needs such as attendance at a conference, fund a specific project lasting one year or reward a completed project that is yet to be published.
