Diabetes, Supporting TrAnslational Research and Twinning (D-Start) grant program

The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is now welcoming proposals for a large-scale, multi-centre project centred on translational research projects on the primary prevention of type 2 diabetes in low- and middle-income Countries. D-START (Diabetes - Supporting TrAnslational Research Twinning) will see an established research centre provide support and training to two smaller centres that show promise yet have had difficulty accessing funds from their own economies.
