Mobility of researchers is a driving force for innovation through collaboration, yet this can sometimes lead to a shortage in research expertise through excessive export - a phenomenon termed brain drain.
An EU-funded project is looking to understand the factors that influence researchers to move between countries, called the 'Morebrain project'. As a researcher you are invited to take 15 minutes to complete an online survey that will give some insights into the push and pull incentives behind researchers' mobility decisions.
